Hyderabad, September 4, 2026: Traffic movement around the Attapur–Langar Houz corridor is set to face temporary changes as authorities implement diversions for ongoing road and infrastructure works. The restrictions will remain in place from September 4 to September 11.
The diversions cover key stretches around Attapur Bridge, Bapughat and Langar Houz, where work is being carried out for a VDCC road along with the installation of a 450-mm RCC pipeline. The works are expected to affect traffic movement through the busy corridor during the construction period.
Motorists travelling between Attapur, Bapughat and Langar Houz are advised to follow the diversion routes and traffic police instructions. Commuters may experience delays, particularly during peak hours, as traffic is redirected away from sections where construction activity is underway.
The temporary measures are intended to allow the infrastructure work to proceed safely while maintaining traffic flow through the area. Authorities have urged motorists to plan their journeys in advance and use alternative routes wherever possible.
Traffic officials are expected to monitor the situation and make necessary adjustments depending on congestion and the progress of the works.
