Health officials recommend staying hydrated, avoiding direct sun exposure, and wearing light, breathable clothing. Vulnerable groups such as children, elderly individuals, and people with existing health conditions are being urged to take extra care.
The hot and humid conditions are also affecting daily routines, with many people reporting fatigue and reduced outdoor activity. Increased electricity usage due to fans and air conditioning is also being observed across the city.
